So the problem I was having was it was asking me to log in to access the
champion tab of store. After logging in it would not work, and trying to access
it after logging in didn't work. I resolved this problem by just opening one of
the skins that was on the front page of the home page. It would correctly open
the store which then let me open the champion tab.
