I ran into the same problem recently.  I figured it would have to be the order
of imports somehow, since libwine shouldn't be necessary for these libraries,
but there doesn't seem to be any "sane" thing that fixes this issue.  The only
thing I've found so far that works is to include libwine for everything, which
is essentially to just revert this commit.
