This (and #35902) are quiet likely dupes of #35828 (Unable to connect to EA
Origin (root CA 'GTE CyberTrust Global Root' removed from the system CA
bundle)).

So not a Wine bug, but a workaround is available in #35828. Step by step
instructions are in the Origin AppDB entry
