I see the same with demo. Pre-requisities +d3dx9_30.dll +dotnet20:
 * wine-1.7.55 works
 * wine-1.9.1 won't start because of C4DotNetRegister.exe error
 * wine-1.9.9 works

So the problem is already fixed and regression test would be wasted. Feel free
to reopen, if the problem persist for you in wine-1.9.9.
