[Bug 40566] Consider a spam filter and way to mark messages as spam

However, if there had been a way to flag that account as a spamming account
(for all portions of WineHQ), that person would have never had the possibility
of posting a bug.

Adding some way to filter is only an idea. I know it won't discourage some of
the spam but updating the way it is dealt with could mean a spammer gets
flagged in the bug tracker and then can't post on the forums. I also know it is
not necessarily that easy, I'm only proposing that it could become that easy if
there were a way to mark such posts or email accounts.
