Sorry if the comments above seem confusing. I will try to clear things up here.

Wine Version: 1.9.10

Console output: Unknown

Bug:

Whenever I try to launch STO from the Arc app, it crashes, and I get a window
that says "Arc has had to shut down due to an issue with the app"
