I'm also unable to login in on-line mode, but I can't confirm that it is
actually a bug in Wine.

There was an Uplay update around october 29 after which I always get the "Uplay
service unavailable" blurb, no matter which version of Wine I tested (1.9.18
... 1.9.22).

I don't think it is a regression. Maybe some changes in Uplay...

There were many reports of Uplay failures since last
week(http://downdetector.com/status/uplay) so I'm a bit confused about this.
