Hi,

I know, you set this Bug to invalid, but the same thing keeps happening to me.

I am on an ubuntu 16.04 amd64 environment with wine 1.9.22~ubuntu16.04.1.

I created a clean wineprefix (tried with and without WINEARCH=win32) and did
winetricks mfc42

I still get

~/ % env WINEPREFIX="/home/XXX/.wine_spg" WINEARCH=win32 wine
vdemo-setup-3210.exe

When trying to run the latest demo from
http://spg-direkt.de/datei-download/6/24-demo-versionen. 

Is there anything else I can do?
