[Bug 29310] FirstClassClient 12.005 no login screen

The program seems to freeze at 1st start up on splahs, doing nothing. But the
program is usable so it's not really a freeze. You just need to click on the
tray icon to get login screen.

Runs after the 1st run seems to pop up the login screen just fine. Without user
action. 

wine 1.9.22-git.
