Yes, this is fixed. Steps to reproduce are:

1) Open the program
2) Click preferences button in toolbar
3) Click in the Folders list item
4) Right-click in the drive C in the right pane to share all its files
5) Wait for the crash.

The crash no longer happens in 1.9.22. Reverting
9de8ea75645d7092f888ddd7572f35204e672757 does not make the issue appear again
so it was fixed by something else.
