All patches are available by 1.9.22. I can confirm installation working on
clean win32 prefix, and Cisco certificates are properly loaded into HKLM\Root
store. 

I was able to proceed in application, putting some fake values in fields like
TFTP to not stack on registration (so actual calls, services, etc are not
available) up to the main screen. The audio wizard reflects the sound is not
good, you might want to test wine-staging if it is better there.

I think this bug could be closed
