Reopening; I figured out that you must have been looking at the Portuguese
translation of the Downloads page, which is completely out of date, as are the
Turkish, Ukrainian, and Polish translations. 

These translations haven't been updated in years, and the page has changed
significantly. New translations need to be made, and that needs to be done by
native speakers of those languages. 

If no one is willing to update and maintain the translations, they should be
removed.
