As a first step, I am going to integrate the http://www.stopforumspam.com/
blacklist into the AppDB. This check will happen each time a post is submitted,
if the IP or e-mail on the account is listed, the post will be denied.

After that I'll add some post limits in for new accounts. If your account is
new, and you have < X posts (say 5), you are limited to 1 post a day. Once you
hit 5 posts, you can freely post. Spammers will then at least have to wait 5
days with 5 posts until they can flood us.

Then, perhaps we can add some 'flag as spam' buttons for logged in users. So
users can flag posts, and the admins can more easily clean them up.
