If tested this on Windows setup with Nvidia 750GTX Ti. There are still graphic
artifaction/glitching while run setgxAPI="opengl"

Seems to me more that

And as for Windows OpenGL support there is Wow US forum bluepost confirming
that one developer did it during his freetime over weekend.
