I've proposed a patch for the cases where the current default doesn't make
sense (namely folders, "noext" and "dotfile."), but I'm not sure if it's worth
accepting.

Other than that, the names are read from the registry (except that they're
mostly missing from Wine). They can be customized and localized (in both
Windows and Wine). Simply open regedit at HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and start typing.
Since there are no "correct" values for the texts, I think this bug report
should be closed anyway (not a bug).
