I'm closing this as nobody replied to my previous comment in 1 year. The
solution to this bug is to implement compression in the Cinepak codec (iccvid)
but I guess it may hit copyright issues.

As a recap there is a bug in Sketchup that makes it ignore the selected codec,
it will always use Cinepak no matter what. Wine supports only decompression so
Sketchup fails with a "failed to initialize compressor" error.

As always if anyone feels it can be done just reopen the bug, this was
purposely done to call attention to the bug.
