I'm getting a bit off topic, but where is SC2launcher.exe located?  Guessing
this is not referring to Versions/Base46154/SC2.exe (launching that directly
fails with icuin52.dll not found)  Is SC2launcher.exe an add-on or 3rd-party
application?
