Confirmed in wine-1.9.20-92-g1dedd90

Not quite a dupe though of 29412: the symptoms are different (systray icon
shown but not responding to right click VS app not showing at all, and systray
showing while it shouldn't).

The patch from bug 29412 seems to fixe both issues, though.
