Thanks for the detailed bug report. I've pushed a more complete implementation
of SetFileCompletionNotificationModes in
https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/commit/dd324a1b34afd0440e90418ec1d612abc7da66a4
(which will also be included in Wine Staging 1.9.21). Could you please check if
this allows the application to proceed?
