Xkendy, I installed World of Tanks and ran it with vanilla Wine 1.9.20 and with
Wine Staging 1.9.20, but I didn't notice any mouse problems. Can you add more
detailed instructions (e.g. click this, then click that...)?

Please also try enabling "Emulate a virtual desktop" in winecfg, and let me
know if that makes a difference.

The SC_KEYMENU patch has been included in Wine Staging since 1.9.12, and it
sounds like 1.9.19 worked, so maybe the problem was caused by one of the new
patches in 1.9.20.
