Here is download link. The version matches, but I don't know if its the as used
at report time.

You need winetricks -q dotnet45, doesnt start with wine mono.

After that the application starts with no issues. 

I created new database and stop testing when it asked details of antenas...

wine 1.9.21. Unless this is targeting mono bug I see this invalid.
