Thanks for the bug report. Based on the discussion on IRC the program in
question is "Silver Efex Pro 2".

Unfortunate I have not been able to reproduce this issue myself. When starting
the application, the window shows a menu (File -> Open/Save/Exit), correctly
shows the mouse cursor and also responds to mouse input.

I have tested:

* Installation and running with wine-staging 1.9.21 -> everything works
* Installation with wine-staging 1.9.20, running with wine-staging 1.9.21 ->
everything works

It might be possible that this bug can only be reproduced unter specific
conditions. Please try to collect terminal output as described in
https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#How_can_I_get_a_debugging_log_.28a.k.a._terminal_output.29.3F
and attach it to this bug report. Also, please check which overrides you have
enabled in winecfg (if any). In my tests I did not use any because it does not
seem to be necessary in current versions of Wine, but in the past it probably
was necessary.
