SonicStage crash in Windows

SonicStage 4.3 

SonicStageInstaller.exe

SHA-1 669F160E03864A5850E71E20D90FF89297B95163

This installer crashes instantly on Windows 10 due to some data being
unretrievable even though I tested it on the company internet connection.

Perhaps this bug might be said to be abandoned???
