The problem here is mscoree.dll.CorIsLatestSvc

Also another problem is your wine version. You need to upgrade wine 1.8 or 1.9
series. 1.6.2 is just too old to use.

Could you redefine the title to have that unimplemented function in that name?

I don't know if this is already fixed.

winetricks -q dotnet20 or winetricks -q dotnet40 most likely would fix the
issue.
