The application has been upgraded, but it still fails with wine-mono.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly
'Microsoft.VisualBasic.Compatibility, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies.

wine 1.9.21.
