[Bug 13129] Jumbled fonts in Persona Windows client

I tested both the Dixie Sales and Gardner Inc clients and servers, and the
problem is still present in 1.9.22.

Note that the clients from the two sites have different names, but the sha1sum
is the same for both.

To reproduce:

!. Install the downloaded client.
2. Run ThinTerm.exe
3. Add a server to the "Persona Server Name or IP Address" field and click
Open.
4. The name of the server should appear in the Sessions field. Select it and
click Open. 
5. A "Connecting" message (fonts look fine) will briefly appear, then a
terminal window with gibberish.
