[Bug 40199] Medibang Pro: Pressure sensitivity not working

I can also confirm the same problem in the latest setup:

- Wine-staging 1.9.17 x64
- Manjaro XFCE
- Wacom Intuos Comic Tablet CTH-490/B1

Installed only the xf86-input-wacom package.

Pressure does not work for programs that are run under wine. Tested and
confirmed under the below software:

- FireAlpaca
- Medibang Paint Pro
- Opencanvas

As mentioned, Krita, which does not use wine, runs fine.

This is kind of a breaking thing for people who have migrated from Windows to
Linux, and are looking to migrate their drawing workflows using wine. Please
take a look. Thank you.
