Install QQLite 7.9:

1. winetricks riched20
2. set Windows version to Windows 8.1 for the downloaded executable
3. disable txplatform.exe
4. grab an iphlpapi.dll from a Windows system and set prefer native for it
(this is for the finding people dialog)
5. run the installer

Run the application (C:\Program Files\Tencent\QQLite\Bin\QQ.exe), login, then
open a chat window. Click the Scissors icons to do a screenshot, and try to
send it.

It crashes with the error message:
wine: Call from 0x7b43d53c to unimplemented function
vcomp100.dll._vcomp_reduction_r8, aborting
