While attempting to get better stacktraces with valgrind in some mesa code, I
noticed that if clang is used to compile mesa (11.0.6), I get these FIXMEs in
dbghelp. They do not occur with gcc afaict.

This was found in dlls/amstream/tests/amstream.c
