1.9.18 staging, Gentoo Linux, also happening.

I don't seem to have it as bad as everyone else though, I can just alt-tab out
to a terminal or switch desktops (I'm on Plasma 5), run "killall TESV.exe" and
everything is fine.

(Incidentally, for those of you who have trouble with Steam thinking you're
still in game - try killing GameOverlayUI.exe as well)
