I decided to test out gtk3 theming in Staging, to see how it was progressing.
While for the most part it seems to be working fairly well, yes i know that it
isn't completed yet...Anyway, I ran into a bug;

wine --version = wine-1.9.19 (Staging)
Archlinux 64bit = uname -a 4.6.7-rt11-2-rt #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Wed Sep 14
00:12:44 EDT 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Gnome: 3.20.x GTK3 version; 3.20.9

I'm running the 64bit version of Reaper, but it should matter to reveal the
issue. In Reaper, I am not able to access any of the settings in the
preferences dialog, using gtk3 theming;

Obviously, I can just not use gtk3 theming to avoid this issue. but I thought I
would point it out, since gtk3 theming is being worked on in this branch.
