Yes, I get this issue in 1.9.18 with the recent version of Nook for PC
(http://images.barnesandnoble.com/PResources/download/eReader2/bndr2_setup_latest.exe).

Before the "unexpected weekday" and "unexpected date format" errors mentioned
above, I also get this:

fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW
INTERNET_OPTION_SEND/RECEIVE_TIMEOUT/DATA_SEND_TIMEOUT 180000
fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW Option INTERNET_OPTION_DATA_RECEIVE_TIMEOUT
(180000): STUB

I get these errors when trying to log into Nook Study
(https://customer-care.s3.amazonaws.com/nook-study-install/NOOKstudy_Setup.exe),
too.
