This particular bug does not seem to be Wine Staging specific, the application
tries to call
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0._register_thread_local_exe_atexit_callback which
is not implemented yet in Wine.

Nevertheless, have you tried using native Visual C++ 2015 libraries? You can
install them with "winetricks vcrun2015" for example. It would be interesting
to see if there are any follow-up issues after this problem is fixed.
