[Bug 7287] Redundant "tabs" appear with tabbed MDI (test with LTSpice)

Bug is still present as of wine-1.9.19.

The same bug is also present with the newer major version of LTSPICE. In other
words, it can be reproduced both with LTSPICE IV and the newer LTSPICE XVII.

I strongly suspect that the bug may be triggered by the fact that the program
tries to provide both an icon and a text in the tab tags. As a result, the
number of tabs gets doubled in Wine. When the software tries to create a tab
"A" you get both a tab with the textual label of "A" and another one with the
icon of "A", the latter being non functional.
