Severity still says "Blocker" unless I missed something...

As for the terminal output, Wine is saying that it cannot find the game's
executable. 

Can you try going into the .wine prefix on your Mac until you find the rct2.exe
and open a terminal where that executable file is and run it? Forgive me if I
am asking an obvious question but it looks like the rct2.exe is being called on
by you from a location where the file does not exist. 

Could you perhaps list the steps to reproduce the problem?
