Yes, thanks for the info. I applied this revert:
https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=56322&action=diff&context=patch&collapsed=&headers=1&format=raw

and the crash is gone. This is really a duplicate of bug 40832 which has also
all the info
