Second bugfix for #32515, now hopefully for real
Screw you Valve and screw you CEG, I finally made it. At least with CoD MW3,
which is the only game I've tested it with.
I'm able to start a singleplayer campaign and to play without crashing.
Unfortunately there are some graphical artifacts and stuttering in (e.g. intro
or mid-play) videos.
Tested on: Gentoo AMD64 Unstable, Wine staging 2.4, Radeon RX 470 8GB
