If you`re on Ubuntu i think you can do ``sudo apt-get install winetricks``
Alternatively you can save this file
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetricks
and make it executable: chmod +x winetricks and run ``winetricks wininet``
