No. Doing this requires patching and maintaining multiple codebases in multiple
languages. Leaning one codebase is challenging enough. 4 different sites (Bugs,
Forums, Wiki, AppDB) is a huge undertaking since they all have their own way of
managing users.

The amount of work far outweighs any annoyance level.
