[Bug 42811] PCG Tools Application fails to install

Application seems to run, but UI seems corrupted?  Not sure the exact issue,
but whenever I move the mouse, it makes horizontal lines through portions of UI
such that everything is indistinguishable.  Seems to "shake" as well...
