[Bug 42533] Saints Row 3 fails to start

I have steam version of this game. 

I tried wine 2.6, wine 2.6 with patch from bug 32515 (comment 74) and staing
2.5.

All my attempts to start the game with dx9 or dx11 have failed so far. 

I tried to skip the animation pressing esc or space/enter and the animation
vanishes if I let it play fully it seems to give same/similar effect. Game just
vanishes.

With dx11 with pure wine I got some error not able to use device or something.

I wasnt expecting thiskind of results. Since the game seems to work for some
this seems to be steam related (redefine title to include steam?).
