Fresh wineprefix, this is actually fixed in wine 2.6. I had no such slowdowns
as before. I quess the CSMT patches fixed this issue. 

I didnt expect this to be fixed so soon.

Actually I have only kaby lake gpu now plugged, not rx480, but this should be
even weaker than rx480. Wouldnt make much sense if it were worse with more
powerful gpu.
