Some part of the patches have been merged in wine 2.6 since the changelog
included 

"Multi-threaded command stream in Direct3D."

I just watched wine-staging patches link and the patches list is long. Staging
patches most likely need rebasing and I doubt 2.6 wine still includes all the
patches staging has. So I am assuming it takes still some time before this bug
can be solved as fixed.
