Correction to last comment.

With plugins-good the fixme changes:

fixme:gstreamer:unknown_type Could not find a filter for caps: audio/mpeg,
mpegversion=(int)1, mpegaudioversion=(int)1, layer=(int)3, rate=(int)44100,
channels=(int)2, parsed=(boolean)true
fixme:gstreamer:watch_bus decodebin0: Your GStreamer installation is missing a
plug-in.
fixme:gstreamer:GST_Connect GStreamer could not find any streams
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x74a7b11f
(thread 004b), starting debugger...

THis is reasonable as id3 should be in the plugins-good whereas mpeg should be
plugins-bad and mp3 on plugins-ugly
