This software can be downloaded from
https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/dl/SumatraPDF-3.1.2-install.exe
I found a work around by unchecking 'Allow the window manager to decorate the
window' in Graphics tab by running 'WINEPREFIX=~/.wine winecfg' in terminal.
This removes the wine title bar. It seems that the default wineprefix using
winecfg in my machine is prefix32, not .wine.
The tabs seem to be malfunctioning when multiple files are open. The other tabs
can't be clicked using the mouse. Only the first tab can be clicked. Also, the
window cannot be dragged using the menu bar when multiple tabs are present.
This was already reported in https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38823
using a lower version of SumatraPDF and wine.
