I have just tested the Python 3.6.1 for Windows exe-installer on Wine 2.6. The
"0x80070005 - Access denied" error is still there. Has the patch been applied? 

(I am willing to test patches - I need Python 3.6 to work under Wine. I am
running openSUSE Leap 42.2.)
