[Bug 31983] the delphi program generate empty window causing focus error

the another window is almost empty generated by this kind of program.
If your window manager did not add title to all window, it is not visible at
first glance.
but It should be appear on alt+tab, which has a empty window with not preview.

in KDE, all the window will be appear, and could control by kwin.
kwin will choose the window which first created as main window of the program,
which will always be empty window.
this cause lots of inconvenience behavior in KDE.

the text is type in Chinese, It normally glitch if you did not has font of
locate relate to it.
