[Bug 43434] StarCraft: Brood War doesn' t run without setting the Windows version to 2003 or Vista

Using "wine StarCraft.exe -launch" does not change anything for me. But I
noticed that if I run "winedbg StarCraft.exe" then it fails differently (it is
able to show message box). Trace output from the same thread:
