This may not be the best place to ask this, but, do we really want to limit
rating to a default Windows version? There are some older apps that don't work
on modern versions of Windows and therefore can't be expected to work on Wine's
default of Windows 7, but run without a problem when the version is manually
set to be older—as an example, Tomb Raider 3-4 (the relevant bug being #42175).

I don't disagree with having such a restriction when it comes to DLL overrides,
or even when the program works on Windows 7 but not Wine 7; but, if the program
works on Windows 95 but not 7 and Wine matches that behaviour, I'm not sure the
game doesn't deserve platinum.
