Tested with rainmeter 4.0 final release and 4.1 beta. Tested with wine 2.15 and
wine-staging 2.15.

Install works after setting the windows verison t owindows 10, but when running
the program it quits with a messagebox:

> Rainmeter requires Windows 7 SP1 (with Platform Update) or later.
> For Windows XP or Vista, you can download Rainmeter 3.3 from ww.rainmeter.net


Log is empty except for
> fixme:module:load_library unsupported flag(s) used (flags: 0x00000800)
